Fair warning...avoid this practice. Ive had many dental procedures and never have had a provider who refused to return my call. I requested that he call to get his ideas on why my mouth wasn't numb after multiple shots and therefore procedure wasn't done. Im glad it wasn't, but I really wanted his insight and he NEVER returned my calls. The office or staff called with basic info I already knew. Very unprofessional. I would never have this office do anything. P.S. his assistant gave me most of the injections before he came in the room. Ive also never had that done before with many many office visits

I had periodontal surgery at the referral of my Dentist. I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any office. The lack of communication between patient, staff, dr was nearly non existent. The surgery went fine as far as my safety and comfort goes, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. I was told that there would be pockets, he mentioned them in our first meeting, but my “pockets” are massive. And they catch EVERYTHING. Go ahead and name a food. Yeah, it catches between my teeth. It’s absolutely exhausting and sometimes stressful to deal with knowing what’s ahead of eating. Don’t go here!!! I can’t discourage enough.

It seems this office is all about production and no follow up. I had 2 implants placed in November 2022. One failed this summer and my dentist sent the referral to this office. After a second call they scheduled me to see why the implant failed. Visited the office and Dr Papp on 9/3/25 and was told I would be contacted with a treatment plan. For the second time, no follow up. I am all done with this office.

It appears “increased billing” is an issue at this office. The last 2 visits I was incorrectly/over billed and the office charged my credit card without authorization. Also- Dr. Papps bedside manner is poor at best, barely acknowledged me before the procedure and didn’t explain anything before.

A good practice with the latest technology. Would recommend if you don’t mind hardly ever seeing Dr. Papp as the hygienists perform a majority of the work. I’ve been a loyal patient for years and the past 5 years my appointments consistently get cancelled for lack of hygienist availability and turnover.

Wonderful staff! They explained everything prior to my procedure and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Dahlia was the assistant during the procedure. I told her beforehand I was nervous, but did better when someone was talking to me. She did a wonderful job of talking through details of what the doctor was doing in the moment. It really help to put me at ease and make the procedure a lot easier. Highly recommended

Wow-5 stars!!!! This is what I feel about this office. The doctors here and the staff are AMAZING. The moment I walked through the door I felt at easy. I have had many appointments in this office and every single one of them have been great. I was impressed not only by the relaxed atmosphere but by the knowledge of staff and doctors. The doctor designed a great treatment plan and the results are incredible. I have many health issues and have seen many specialists. This office was by far one of the best I have ever set foot in. Thank you- Dr. Papp, Dr. Leja and staff for saving my teeth. I now have one less worry with my overall health thanks to each and everyone of you. So so happy :)
